How to request removal

Email the legal contact shown below with the publication name, profile URL, requester name, role and business contact information. We may verify authority before changing or removing a listing. Requests from a company-domain email are normally easier to verify.

Timing and effect

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified changes or removal requests within a reasonable period. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals after processing; fees already incurred are not canceled and partial months are not prorated unless required by law. Ending a paid membership removes the verified badge, website link, placement benefits and lead referrals unless another eligible option is activated. We may retain records required for security, disputes, accounting or legal purposes.

Public facts and re-listing

Once a verified removal request is completed, we will not intentionally republish the profile without a new basis and appropriate review. Search engines and third-party caches may retain earlier copies outside our control.
