Provider Verification Policy

Eligibility and meaning

Free Listings remain non-verified. A Verified Provider badge means we reviewed evidence that the business exists and that the claimant is authorized to manage its profile. Verification is not a ranking, endorsement, guarantee, certification of service quality or confirmation of every claim made by a provider.

Review process

• Profile-specific claim submission
• Authorized representative’s name, role, business email and phone
• Business-domain email verification when available
• Review of website, market, publication and lead-routing information
• Additional documentation or manual confirmation when identity is unclear
• Acceptance of the current Provider Agreement before lead activation

Maintaining verification

Providers must keep profile information accurate, maintain an eligible paid membership and complete any periodic confirmation we request. We may suspend or remove verification for inaccurate information, loss of authority, complaints, misuse of leads, nonpayment, cancellation or policy violations. Cancellation of a paid membership removes the badge, website link and other paid benefits after processing; the profile may continue as a free non-verified listing.

Corrections and reports

Users and businesses may report an inaccurate listing or misuse of a verification badge. We may temporarily limit a profile during review.
